Richard "Filthy Rich" Henderson is one of the founding  owners and producers for Regime Records. Bringing experience and savvy to the label, Richard was apart of the first rap groups called Fresh Force formed in 1984 in Madison WI and signed  a record deal with D.J. International, an independent label in Chicago, in 1990 releasing a 12" single, "Who Runs This Mutha'", and in 1991 released "Body House" featuring business owner and co-producer G!Nx,  which appeared on a compilation disc (JACK MASTER VI) with several other artists.

In 1997 Filthy Rich and Erin "Sweet E" Hynum originally formed Regime Records and soon after asked partner Greg "G!Nx" Doby to Partner with them. Erin would handle the Business & Marketing, While Rich and Greg would develop and produce the artists. A year later Regime would produce and put out their first release called The Land In Between Soundtrack.
