Northern Ice, featuring  the original members Jerimiah Johnson and cousins Rashaad Brown "Shaady" and Daiyon Davis "Bodaiga" are Representin' Beloit, Wisconsin. Discovered by label mates Edub of Club Mecca in 2003, NORTHERN ICE was rap duo/group for the real heads, and were all about showing their skills with their electric, sparking fire tag-team style.

Regime Records recorded and never released NORTHERN ICEs' debut album titled "Forbidden Writtens", which was produced by "Filthy Rich" & "Ginx-Gbanga". The Group split in 2004 with member Bodaiga pursing a solo career.

Their first single from the album is "Greenery", Its uptempo, hip hop party track which takes you on a journey also featured on the album include "Major Ice" a definite club banga', "Vocal Execution", and "Tear Drops"  a popular call to hardtimes in midcity life. This album would have surely been put on the "A" list of every Hip-Hop consumer in the world!
